Before sending your unit in, please review the following to determine if your unit needs to be repaired:
PM2000
Does the unit startup from L1 to L2 voltage and/or the wall charger? If not, does it start from either?
How long was the unit left on charge for before testing?
Was the problem observed on an A base with only one phase present? The PM2000 needs L1 to L2 on a form 2 or L1 and L2 on a form 12 to work.
Is the real time clock running fast or slow?
When was last time this unit was known to work?
When was the last time new AA and Coin cell batteries were installed?
If you are comfortable opening the unit, replace the CR1616 battery, reassemble and retest. See Link

If you’ve replaced the coin cell battery and your unit still does not work, please check for misalignment on the pin on the long connector of the circuit boards. See link
